    An official confirmation of your admission, detailing program specifics and start dates. Typically issued within 5 working days to 2 months, depending on the institution.

    Once you receive university confirmation, your application will be handed over to our Visa team.
The main admission requirements for Korean universities are:
Student Visa (D-4) Requirements
  • Visa application form
  • Copy and original of the foreign passport and internal ID card
  • ⁠Copy of the birth certificate
  • Apostilled diploma or apostilled certificate of secondary education (copy and original)
  • Certificate of Admission to the educational institution
  • Certificate of Business Registration of the educational institution (사업자등록증)
  • ⁠If a grant is awarded: a Certificate of Scholarship
  • If no grant is awarded: receipt of tuition payment (from the educational institution)
  • ⁠Bank statement for the last 3 months (the final balance must be $20,000)
  • *A bank statement is not required for students receiving a full scholarship.
  • *If the bank statement is in the name of the parents, a copy of the parents’ passports must be provided.

  • ⁠If the tuition is paid by the applicant's parents: copies of parents’/sponsor’s passports; a certificate of employment for parents/sponsor indicating salary
  • ⁠TOPIK or TOEFL/IELTS (depending on the language of instruction)
  • A color photo taken within the last 6 months, 3.5x4.5 cm, 1 piece
